When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3–7 days to process an order before it is shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

Where is my order shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that fulfills orders using facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, your order will be processed and shipped from the most efficient facility.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office to see if duties or taxes apply to your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before reaching out to us, please take the following steps:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to see if they have the package.
  • Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipping partner. They have locations worldwide, and orders are fulfilled and shipped from the most efficient facility based on your location.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, feel free to email us at info@poncho-loco.com.

I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?
We’re very sorry if your product arrived damaged. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us within one week with:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Your order number
  • Any other details about your order

Send this information to info@poncho-loco.com, and we’ll offer a solution as soon as possible.


Returns

What is your return policy?
We work with a print-on-demand supplier, meaning items are only produced when ordered. To avoid overproduction, please be mindful of the environment and order only what you need.

If there is an issue with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if something is wrong with your order or if you’re not satisfied by contacting us at info@chaos-crow.de.
